Our take
An open 12B mixture-of-experts model (2.5B active parameters) under Apache-2.0, trained with reinforcement learning to explore a repo, edit files and check its own changes. It's a promising cheap, private worker for sub-agent tasks, but JetBrains says the GGUF builds for Ollama, LM Studio and llama.cpp are 'coming soon', so most vibe coders can't run it easily yet.
