Affiliate disclosure

Some pages on The Verdict Stack include affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Which tools get affiliate links?

Only tools rated Adopt or Try. Watch and Skip tools never carry affiliate links, even when the company runs a program.

How are links disclosed?

Every affiliate link has a disclosure line next to it, on the site and in the newsletter.

Do commissions change verdicts?

No. A verdict is set from research before we look at any program, and it can move up or down as tools change. A tool can be rated Watch or Skip even if it pays a commission. Sponsors can't buy or influence a verdict.

Are the tools tested hands-on?

Not yet. Current verdicts are based on research: official docs, changelogs, launch posts and coverage, checked on the date shown on each page.
