Windsurf's plans moved to a daily and weekly usage quota in March 2026, and Devin's self-serve lineup was reset to Free, Pro, Max and Teams, with charges added for previously free features like Ask Devin, DeepWiki and Devin Review. Extra usage is billed at API prices. Wait for the product and pricing to settle before switching your stack.
